399 Real-world effectiveness and safety of baricitinib in Japanese patients with atopic dermatitis: possible suppressive effect of serum IL-22 levels by baricitinib

Baricitinib, an oral, selective, and reversible Janus kinase 1/2 inhibitor, has been used for moderate-to-severe AD in patients aged >15 years Japan from December 2020. In this study, we analyzed 14 Japanese adult with atopic dermatitis who were treated baricitinib at Gunma University Hospital.
