چکیده
Baricitinib, an oral, selective, and reversible Janus kinase 1/2 inhibitor, has been used for moderate-to-severe AD in patients aged >15 years Japan from December 2020. In this study, we analyzed 14 Japanese adult with atopic dermatitis who were treated baricitinib at Gunma University Hospital. We present our real-world data combination hematological improvement rates, the relationship between serum interleukin-22 levels disease activity of dermatitis. Fourteen completed 12-week treatment without interruption hospital. All received 4-mg every day very strong topical steroids moisturizers. Demographic characteristics AD, markers, adverse events assessed baseline weeks 4 12. had improved their skin rush, resulting a significant decrease IGA score, BSA, EASI score after starting baricitinib. Head neck scores also revealed improvement, similar to total compared baseline. The response analysis that 85.7% (12/14) cases reached EASI-50, 71.4% (10/14) EASI-75, 28.6% (4/14) EASI-90 week 4, all EASI-50 (14/14), 64.2% EASI-75 (9/14), 35.7% (5/14) LDH, TARC IL-22 significantly decreased oral Frequent effects acne (n = 26.6%), pharyngitis 3, 20%), phlegmone 1, 6.7%), herpes zoster 6.7%). conclusion, results suggest possibly suppressed elevated levels, resulted eruption itching AD.

Association of LL-37 and IL-31 serum levels with SCORing Atopic Dermatitis (SCORAD) score in atopic dermatitis patients
Background: Atopic dermatitis is a chronic, recurrent inflammation of the skin, accompanied by severe pruritus. Immune system dysregulation and skin barrier defects are associated with the abnormalities in atopic dermatitis. Myriad pieces of evidence have pointed to the major roles of LL-37 and interleukin-31 (IL31)in atopic dermatitis. The studies on atopic dermatitis are still limited i...
متن کاملSerum Levels of IL-10 and IL-22 Cytokines in Patients with Psoriasis
Background: As a chronic inflammatory condition, psoriasis results from an interaction between genetic and immunologic factors in a predisposing environment. In spite of compelling evidence for the role of T cells and cytokines in psoriasis, interleukin (IL)- 10 and IL-22 have not been sufficiently investigated. Objective: To assess the serum levels of IL-10 and IL-22 in patients with psori...

IL-31 Serum Protein and Tissue mRNA Levels in Patients with Atopic Dermatitis
BACKGROUND Severe pruritus is the primary symptom in atopic dermatitis (AD). Recently, the novel cytokine IL-31 has been implicated in the itching associated with AD. OBJECTIVE We performed this study to determine whether IL-31 serum levels are elevated in AD patients and to better characterize the relationship between serum IL-31 level and other established laboratory parameters. METHODS W...
